Timberline Hardwood Floors uses the Bona Atomic Dustless/Vacuum system. The only system with the GREENGUARD Air Quality Certification which gives assurances that product designed for use indoors meet strict chemical emissions limits, and contribute to the creation of healthier interiors.
Wood floors older then 1978 will have lead present in the finish coats, as well as wood floors that have been painted over. Contractors that disturb lead-based paint in homes built before 1978 should follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination. Part of lead safety when renovating hardwood floors requires power tools that have High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA)
filter-equipped vacuums; to contain the dust.

Dust Containment has revolutionized the wood floor refinishing industry. Taking what used to be a tremendous clean-up effort on your part and an unhealthy work environment for us, and making it anything but. "Dust Free Sanding” and finishing is the use of high powered vacuums which remove virtually all hazardous & hypoallergenic airborne dust from the work area; capturing the dust in a container which is normally placed outside of your home.
The use of Dust Contaiment makes for superior results, healthier indoor air quality, and no costly clean-up afterwards.
